The project contains the following main activities:
- Establish regulations and procedures for managing, updating, and sharing of information between forestry units as basis for operations and for linking of forestry information systems;
- Carry out design and establishment of forestry information systems databases and software;
- Conduct training needs assessment, preparation of training materials, and data collection and ICT training courses in the selected provinces and at the central level;
- Provide equipments (hardware, network, data collection equipment) and software.
